I've heard a Javanese pig Latin that used -ot in the way the English uses -ay.

I'm sure grapeshot,topknot and slipknot are on the list, not.

c_b : you're right! Silent final t in tarot. And probably in gigot as well. Argot could go either way, in my book.

In Turandot, on the other hand, the final t is not silent.

Edit: do you pronounce tarot with a T at the end? I've only ever heard it "tar-oh." I'm not quibbling--just curious.

Also... fylfot's meaning really surprised me! Why do you think there's another word for that?

Just sticking with those words where the final syllable is pronounced "ot", ballot, argot, bigot, divot, fylfot, chariot, gigot, harlot, ingot, idiot, pluot, maggot, mascot, spigot, riot, tarot. Then there are some compounds, such as immunoblot, crockpot, microdot, and nanobot.
